La Cruz newest addition offers international cuisine with a simple european elegance. In an old restored house French owner Chef Jean Michel recreated a cozy corner of Europe, with wood, stone, and lace decors. The second floor (to open in the winter of 2010) is the right place for private events and parties catered to suit your tastes and needs.

At the terrace, the offer is to dine under the stars with an idyllic view of the ocean, La Marina, and lost in the horizon, the lights of Puerto Vallarta and the rest of Banderas Bay.  La Cruz Bistro Grill is a Great place for intimate wedding events!

ROASTED GREEN ASPARAGUS - Green asparagus roasted in low fire, served on a bed of tapenada ( pasta made with olive, anchovies and basil pesto), covered with imported parmesan cheese. Garnished with hearts of lettuce, Cesar vinagrette and toast of puree black olive.  

LOBSTER BISQUE - Low heated platter served with cream, chive, olive oil, wild mushrooms, served with lobster pasta. 

BEEF TENDERLOIN FLAMED WITH GREEN PEPPERCORN - Prepared in the grill traditional way adding pepper sauce little by little, it is served with aligot of potatoe and lettuce hearts sauteed with cream of parsley, the steak is covered with pepper sauce.

RACK OF LAMB FROM NEW-ZEALAND - Grilled rack of lamb served with Canelloni Ratatouille served on a bed of creamy polenta and green pepper sauce. Served with butter of capers.

SORBET OF GREEN LIME - Sweet green tomato compote, served with ice cream and caramel, with house tequila. 

CREPES SUZETTE - Traditional sweet crepe with Cointreau served with vanilla ice cream.

Joe and Priscilla were great hosts. The time we spent at their restaurant was fun and the dinners were excellent.
