We love the name “bonito” because it’s both the Spanish word for “beautiful” and the name of one of the most important fish in Japanese cuisine.
Our most popular items are ramen, pho, pork belly bao, soft-shell crab bao, coconut shrimp rolls, summer rolls, green papaya salad, potstickers, lobster dumplings, pork belly dumplings, teriyaki salmon, Korean BBQ beef, and green curry.
