Dr. Jorge Yáñez graduated from the Universidad Anáhuac Norte and completed his postgraduate studies at UNAM, initially in general surgery at PEMEX’s north central hospital, neurosurgery at PEMEX’s high-specialty south central hospital, and neurointerventionism at the Juárez hospital in Mexico. Consistently training abroad in countries such as the United States, Brazil, France, among others.

Dr. Yáñez is currently organizing the Rapid Response Team against cerebral infarction (Stroke) in Puerto Vallarta area. It will be the only one in the country outside of Mexico City.
