Toscana Mia

A typical “Trattoria” (restaurant) that is proud to serve traditional recipes of Italian cuisine. The intent is that guests can experience firsthand homemade and handcrafted dishes with fresh ingredients of the best quality.

Toscana Mia holds with the highest respect the recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation, just like "la mamma" prepared them.


In 2008, the Napolitano family (Ciro, Pina y Vicenzo) arrived from the Montecatini in the Tuscany region. They opened the door of Trattoria Toscana Mia, offering what they know best: Italian homemade food, fresh pasta, pizza and good Italian wine.

All recipes are original from Mamma Pina who has worked all her life on many different Italian kitchens.


At present, Vicenzo personally cooks his mothers recipes and services the restaurant. Trattoria Toscana Mia is a restaurant that respects original recipes with the proper care of the freshness of the dishes, from pastas, pizzas, meat and fish, as well as the bread and focaccia that are baked every day.

Arezzo - Arugula, spinach, pear, gorgonzola cheese & pecans
Caprese - Slices of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & basil
Melanzane alla Parmigiana - Baked eggplant with tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella
Carpaccio di Bresaola - Thin slices of dried beef with arugula and parmesan cheese
Antipasto Toscano (2 people) - Finest italian cheese and homemade cold meat

Carducci - Mushrooms, gorgonzola, pecans & cream
Puccini - Pesto and shrimps
Martina - Tomato sauce, red onion, basil & hot peppers
Montalcino - Shrimps, gorgonzola cheese & cream
Puttanesca - Tomato sauce, anchovies, capers, red onions & black olives
Firenze - Cream, white wine, green peas, red onion, mushrooms, garlic and homemade pancetta

Fritto Misto - Fried shrimps & calamari with veggies
Tonno Joary - Grilled Tuna served with veggies
Scaloppina Marsala - Beef fillet with marsala sauce & grilled veggies
Petto di Pollo alla Parmigiana - Chicken breast with tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese
Tagliata Sienese - Grilled beef fillet served over fresh arugula, slices of parmesan cheese on top and baked potatoes.

Margherita - Tomatoe sauce, mozzarella & basil
Pinocchio - Tomatoe sauce, mozzarella, peperoni & ham
Del Grullo - Tomatoe sauce, mushrooms, Italian sausage, artichoke & black olives

Fantastic! been coming to the bucerias/la cruz area for about 7 years and this is THE BEST restaurant/food/service in the whole region! pasta, pizza, salads are superb, bUT do not miss the FLAN! amine said it was amazing and she was right. we are a little food snobby in chicago, but i could move this place to my neighborhood and be a happy gal! when you are craving something other than mexican food, run, dont walk to toscana mia.

Have never been a big fan of pasta dishes. I am now, but only when I go back to this restaurant. Amazing food.

Do not miss this fantastic restaurant. The minestrone soup and the homemade ravioli in gorgonzola sauce was out of this world!! We are definitely going back often. Very welcoming - great ambience.

we went Twice in one week for dinner our teenagers loved it ,we will be going back in february 2012 cant wait,love the family awesome food pasta is to die for,We got our picture take with the staff they make you feel so welcome!
