It consists of baths whose water is kept in constant agitation by a turbine, it can be used on any part of the arm, elbow, wrist or leg, knee, ankle.
These baths mainly have the thermal effects of hot water, although they can also be used with cold water, at rest or with forced agitation.
This agitation works as a source of mechanical stimulation on the skin, promotes better blood circulation, helps improve range of motion.
Shock wave therapy is based on the application of high-speed sound or acoustic waves applied to painful points and skeletal muscle tissues in subacute, subchronic or chronic conditions.
Its mechanism produces tissue and cellular damage, leading to tissue breakdown. This damage produces an inflammatory response that will subsequently lead to the repair and reconstruction of damaged tissues as a response mechanism of our own body.
Therapeutic ultrasound uses low-power ultrasound waves to create vibrations and/or raise the temperature of body tissue in a targeted area, providing pain relief and loosening tight muscles.
It is used to treat stretch pain, soft tissue pain, and other musculoskeletal issues, with the following potential benefits:
- Increase circulation to tissues
- Speed the healing process
- Decrease pain
- Increase elasticity
- Therapeutic Ultrasound
- Kinesio Tape
- Massage Therapy
- Sequelae of Cerebral Vascular Event (CVE)
- Facial paralysis
- Shoulder or neck injury
- Sports injuries
- Sciatic nerve injury
- Postoperative (hip, knee prosthesis)
Treatments that aim to restore function to those recovering from an injury or surgery, as well as those with a physical impairment or disability.

Relaxation of muscle spasms, prevention and retardation of disuse atrophy, increase of local blood circulation, muscle rehabilitation, and reeducation.
Thin, flexible tape that is meant to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation, and provide support to joints and muscles, without restricting mobility.
